How do I find to the OriginatePro Help Center?

In this article, we'll show you how to access the Help Center from your OriginatePro account and reach out to support within the Help Center.

 

Step 1: Go to the Dashboard page.

If you haven't already, you can login to your OriginatePro account here.

Once you login to your OriginatePro account, you'll be taken to the Dashboard.

 

Step 2: Click on the Help Center Icon.

On the top right hand side of the Dashboard, there's a white icon with a question mark.

To access the Help Center, click on that white icon with the question mark.

This will open our help center with articles and videos. 

 

How can I reach out to support and submit a ticket?

We will show you how to submit a ticket via email or with a live agent via chat for faster response time.

Email Support

Step 1: Click on the Contact Us tab 

The "Contact Us" tab is at the top right next to the "Browse Help Library" tab.

 

Step 2: Choose which option you need help with

Narrow down your request by choosing one of the options shown.

 

Step 3: Submit Your Email Support Ticket

After writing your ticket message and uploading any screenshots or videos (If applicable), submit your ticket by clicking the "Send your request" button at the bottom.

 

Live Chat Agent Support (Fastest Response Time)

 

Step 1: Click on the Chat Widget

While the Help Center is open, you will see a black chat widget icon at the bottom right corner of your screen.

You will click that widget to open the Live Chat Support.

Step 2: Submit Your Question 

Once you type in your question, click the "Start the chat" button. 

An agent will be avaialble to speak in less than 5 minutes, but if for some reason you have to leave, you can click on the "Create ticket" button under the "Start the chat" button, if you'd like to create a ticket and reach out via email later.
